But then again, take a closer look at urban living and working conditions.

Constrained living spaces, congested roads, jam-packed shopping malls and suffocating offices. Add a chronic lack of time to the mix. This is the reality we are dealing with today.

Based on various medical research on mental well-being, we now know that having that bit of greenery, even if it’s artificial, makes people happier. Workers report lower levels of stress, and higher productivity when there is greenery within their sight in the office.

Artificial green walls actually help to fulfil the objective of creating happier living spaces for people. It’s about lifting spirits, until one can actually get outdoors.

Ideally, live plants are used. However, in real life, we know that there are certain places, like offices; dark and dingy car parks; or ceilings where live plants cannot survive. Yet it is in precisely these places that the greenery is needed most. This is where artificial green walls come into play.

In this series of blog posts, we share our inspiration from four plants and how they feature in the green walls we’ve installed for clients. The natural beauty of the leaves captivated us and we created 4 life-like plants based on them.

These plants are made to be durable outdoors with stainless steel inserts and UV-stabilized. They can transform building facades and create tropical paradises anywhere.
